Wrap Preparation

No lotions or oil on your skin that day before your wrap. For example, massage or tanning oil.

Hair, make-up, deodorant and perfume are fine just NO BODY LOTIONS! Body lotions tend to put on a barrier and we want as many minerals to penetrate into the skin as possible.

You will be wrapped in your undergarments. So make sure to wear cotton panties or a thong. (Thong doesn’t have to be cotton) a comfortable bra, doesn’t have to be cotton, can be under wire, just no sports bras or bathing suits. Sport bras tend to squish the bust line, we tone and firm, no decreasing!

We ask that men wear dark coloured boxer briefs and an extra pair to change into after the wrap.

Your undergarments will not be ruined in any way. Please bring an extra set so you don’t have to go home in wet undies!

For the infrared, you will need to bring a towel large enough to wrap around yourself and a bottle of water.

You will be here almost 2 and half hours for your first visit. We weigh & measure every 1st and 5th wrap.

If you normally eat around that time, have something in your stomach but not a big, heavy meal. It is an active wrap so we want you to be as comfortable as possible.

There are no specific conditions that are listed as strict contraindications for getting a wrap; however, common sense dictates. If you are on medication or have any physical problems, you should always consult your physician.

If you need to change this appointment, we do require a minimum 24-hour cancellation period. If not, there is a $50.00 service charge if the appropriate amount of time is not given. You must call to cancel any appointment. During peak seasons, we may require a $50 credit card deposit to reserve a time slot for first time clients.

Body Wrap Discretion

Every employee understands that Dangerous Curves offers a very personal service– and sometimes embarrassing – situation for people to address. Rest assured that all of the weighing, measuring and wrapping sessions are done in private, and all of your records and information are kept strictly confidential. In addition, you'll appreciate the personal one-on-one attention you'll get from your wrapping technician. In most cases, you'll deal with the same technician on every visit.
