COVID-19 Changes

Social distancing will be strictly enforced.  Meaning there will be only one client at a time and a physical minimum distance of  a  2 meters (6 feet) at all times between myself and clients. Masks are not mandatory but a personal preference as they are known not to protect us from viruses.

 

 

• There will be no waiting in our reception area.If you arrive early for your appointment we recommend you wait in your vehicle till your designated time.

 

• You must bring your own towel and bottle or bottles of water. We will no longer be able to refill your water bottles or supply towels.

 

• All magazines and reading material is no longer available so you may want to bring your own.

 

• There will be a 15 minute gap in between infrared clients to allow the proper cleaning of the sauna, washroom & surrounding areas.

 

• If you think you may be unwell, please stay at home.

I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause for some but I have severe asthma and adamant on keeping myself healthy.  I assure you, I am doing everything I can to keep this a safe environment for everyone.  I need everyone to stay healthy & able to enjoy this time to lose inches, feel good & de-stress!
